- Each user is uniquely identified using a Firebase User ID.

- Register and manage your account.
- Allow you to raise grievances and track their status.
- Share necessary information with municipal departments like GHMC, HMWSSB, TSSPDCL, etc., for grievance resolution.
- Assign grievances correctly based on your location and other provided details.
- Improve the user experience and civic service delivery.
- Maintain a secure and functional app environment.
4. Location Usage
The app accesses your location only at the time of grievance submission. This helps ensure accurate assignment and quicker response by civic departments. The app does not track your location in the background or continuously.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored using Firebase Firestore and authenticated through Firebase Authentication. Firebase provides secure, encrypted infrastructure and we rely on it entirely for protecting user data. We do not implement any custom or non-standard encryption algorithms.
6. Data Sharing
Your data is never sold or shared with any third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. Data is only shared with relevant civic authorities to address the grievance you raise.
7. Your Rights
Once you register and provide your information in Majid Hussain Connect, our app does not currently offer features for users to edit or delete their personal data directly. 8. Children’s Privacy
