Terms and Conditions for Majid Hussain Connect Mobile Application

1. Introduction

Majid Hussain Connect (“the App”) is a mobile application developed to help residents of Nampally submit and track civic grievances with relevant local authorities. By accessing or using this App, you (“the user”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

  • Only residents of Nampally are eligible to sign up and use this App.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate details when registering.
  • Accounts not providing accurate or complete information may be removed by the administrator.

4. Use of the App

  • The App is provided solely for the purpose of raising civic issues within Nampally.
  • Users may upload images related to their complaints; you are responsible for ensuring that all uploads are accurate and do not misrepresent, defame, or contain unlawful material.

5. User Conduct

  • Users must not use the App for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, or to harass, threaten, or mislead others.
  • Any user creating nuisance or violating these Terms may have their account removed by the administrator, without notice.

6. Content

  • You retain responsibility for any content (including images) you upload.
  • By submitting content, you grant the App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share this information with relevant municipal authorities solely for grievance redressal.

7. Termination of Use

  • No automatic suspension—users may be removed by manual action of the admin if they are found misusing the App.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials and content (excluding user submissions) are the property of Majid Hussain Connect.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the App will function error-free or that reported complaints will always be resolved.
  • The App is not an official government service. The operator is not responsible for the actions or inactions of municipal authorities or the accuracy of grievance resolutions.
  • Under no circumstances will the operator be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Privacy

  • Usage of the App and collection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy (see separate document).

12. Modifications

  • These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use signifies your acceptance of updated Terms.
